This is why our company created and is continuously improving it's complex method.

in every age and organization. This is why our research and development focuses on a personalizable and flexible method that can adapt to any life situation and age.
Where we talk about competence, objective measurement, evaluation, analysis and development is essential. The main target of Practisolution is to give a fundamental view in various context on basic and generic competences and personality parameters that are involved in performance, productivity and success.
The purpose of the objective measurements we take with our in-house developed instruments is to map the individual's weakest and strongest parameters.
Trainings eventually taken after the measurement should not only concentrate on weaknesses but also should improve the already well working ones.
Evaluation in it self gives a full picture on the individual's personality and competence structure, but the vast amount of collected data gives an opportunity for a deeper analysis. Using non-linear data mining methods (artificial neural network analysis, cluster analysis) we can find further correlations seeding new researches.

The PractiWork® measurement and evaluation system and the PractiLearn trainings have been utilized by such companies like Signify (former Philips Lighting), Johnson Electric, Industrial C&S Hungary (former General Electric — Ózd), Robert Bosch, Shinwa, Savaria and the Hungarian Exim Bank.
We recognized that the experience we have in adult trainings can be used in general education. This lead to TudásKép which is a general profiling platform for high school kids, capable of measuring knowledge in subjects (language, math, foreign language, IT), transversal competences and personality parameters. The system has already taken measurements in three different educational centers combining 27 schools.
